Because our products are handcrafted and many are intended for personal use, we do not accept returns on opened or used products due to the health and safety considerations.

We will review your request and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed for shipment. We are committed to customer satisfaction and encourage you to contact us with any concerns regarding your purchase.
Shipping Policy
Every order is prepared with care and attention to quality. All orders are processed within 3-7 business days. During product launches, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified of significant delays whenever possible.

LOST or DAMAGED PACKAGES:
