Because our products are handcrafted and many are intended for personal use, we do not accept returns on opened or used products due to the health and safety considerations.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect please contact us at: mahoganyalchemyherbs@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the item(s). We will review your request and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed for shipment. We are committed to customer satisfaction and encourage you to contact us with any concerns regarding your purchase.
Shipping Policy
Every order is prepared with care and attention to quality. All orders are processed within 5-10 business days. During product launches, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified of significant delays whenever possible.
SHIPPING: We charge a flat rate of 9.99 on all domestic orders. This fee helps cover USPS postage, protective materials and handling.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a conformation email with tracking number information. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination.
INCORRECT ADDRESS:
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. Mahogany Alchemy & Herbs is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provide by the customer.
LOST or DAMAGED PACKAGES:
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier first. You may also contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
